Victoria is an associate attorney whose practice focuses exclusively on family law, including divorce, allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time, child support, maintenance, and related pre- and post-decree matters. Throughout law school, Victoria focused her training on family law issues and developed a strong admiration for the field because of its unique blend of advocacy, problem-solving, and meaningful impact on clients and families.

Victoria gained experience in a variety of legal settings throughout law school as a law clerk, developing hands-on skills in legal research, drafting, and client support. She also served as a judicial extern for an established Cook County Domestic Relations Judge, an experience that provided her with a well-rounded perspective and valuable insight into courtroom procedure and effective advocacy. Victoria began working with Boike Jonaitis Law as a law clerk in the fall of 2024 and joined the firm as an associate attorney following graduation and admission to the Illinois Bar in 2025.

She is committed to guiding clients through challenging situations with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach, pursuing efficient resolutions through negotiation whenever possible, while remaining prepared to advocate in court when necessary.
