Boike Jonaitis Law is exclusively dedicated to the practice of family law, including but not limited to divorce actions, child-related decision-making and financial issues, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Boike Jonaitis Law was founded by attorneys Jessica L. Boike and Amy Jonaitis to provide their clients experiencing family related issues a personalized approach.  Prior to founding Boike Jonaitis Law, Jessica and Amy dedicated their entire careers practicing family law in large, prominent matrimonial law firms in Chicago. Practicing at the highest level for over a combined twenty-five (25) years, Jessica and Amy have honed their skills and expertise enabling each to handle any family law related issue with tenacity and grace.

In opening Boike Jonaitis Law, Jessica and Amy’s intent is to provide the same elite level of representation to their clients, while offering a more personalized and attentive approach through a myriad of processes, including mediation and litigation. The entire team recognizes that family law issues are uniquely stressful and need a specialized plan of action to ensure the preservation of the family’s emotional and financial resources to the greatest extent possible.

Though the team is committed in our attempts to settle a case, they will provide thorough and exhaustively-prepared representation within the court room when settlement is no longer a viable option.
